SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping and delivery timelines for Nomad Trunks orders will vary. You may receive your order sooner or later depending on order processing factors and, in the case of standard shipping, transit timelines.
- You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges.
- Refunds for store credit only.
If you would like to return an item for for any reason other than mispacked or defective products, we can issue store credit in the form of an electronic gift card that you can use towards a future purchase. The store credit applied is for the purchase price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery. The store credit gift cards do not expire and can be used with a discount code.
You will have 15 days from delivery of your package to file a return claim with customer service.
If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label for our U.S. customers to retrieve the item. If international, please contact us and we will let you know next steps. As soon as we can see there's an update on the tracking back to our facility we will send out a replacement.
- If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 15 days ago, the item is no longer for available for sale, or if the item was purchased using store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
- If the item was purchased at an event, expo or any other special event, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
If the item was purchased at one of our retailers, please take the product back to the retailer for a return or exchange.
- We ship to all military addresses
- Orders are generally received within 7 business days after date of fulfillment.
- Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service.
- Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.
- Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Available to customers in North America only. Products purchased from Nomad Trunks may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If you're wanting to return or exchange the item, you are responsible for the return postage. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn, unwashed free of pet hair and cigarette smoke. You must contact us before returning any items. Email us at CustomerService@NomadTrunks.com and provide us with order number. Items returned without contacting us will be returned to sender without us opening it.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you believe you received a product that is defective, we would like to apologize. Please submit a request and attach a photo of the defective product to CustomerService@NomadTrunks.com. Once your request is approved (24 hours max.) you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the defective product and we can expedite a new one to you.
MIS-PACKED ORDER: In the rare case that you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, we do apologize. Please submit a request and include the details for the product you received instead(style name, color, size) to CustomerService@NomadTrunks.com. Once your request is approved (24 hours max.) you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item you received. Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will expedite the product you originally ordered.
